This is the sign-up page. Please go here to link your reviews.

It’s time to sign up for my Nonfiction Reading Challenge again!

The Challenge:  Read any non-fiction book(s), adult or young adult. That’s it. You can choose anything. Memoirs? Yes. History? Yes. Travel? Yes. You get the idea? Absolutely anything that is classified as non-fiction counts for this challenge.

I always like levels in my challenges, so here are mine:

Dilettante–Read 1-5 non-fiction books

Explorer–Read 6-10

Seeker–Read 11-15

Master–Read 16-20

This challenge will last from January 1 to December 31, 2016. You can sign up anytime throughout the year.

I am not limiting the challenge to bloggers. You can also link to a review you wrote on another site, such as GoodReads or LibraryThing.

Crossovers with other challenges are acceptable, and feel free to read your books in any format you like.

I’m signing up at the Seeker level.

I’ll have a separate post with a linky for reviews. I’ll keep a permanent link to both posts in my sidebar. That will be easier to keep track of which links are reviews and which are sign up posts.

Use Mr. Linky to sign up below. I hope you’ll join me!

I have an affiliate relationship with Malaprop’s, my local independent bookstore located in beautiful downtown Asheville, NC; and Better World Books. I will receive a small commission at no cost to you if you purchase books through links on my site. My opinions are completely my own.

  1. Okay, it is March, but I just got serious about increasing my nonfiction reads! I am aiming for the Explorer level and have my fingers crossed that this will help motivate me NOT to read fiction ALL the time! 🙂

  2. I love this. I am in a couple other reading challenges but this is my first non-fiction one. Of course, I'll be aiming for the top level. My goal is to read 100 books this year – 50 fiction, 50 non-fiction.

  3. I'm new to this challenge, but I'm hoping to read and review a new nonfiction book every other week or so, which looks like the Master level. Since I'm the head of a local chapter of the Nonfiction Authors Association here in San Diego, I wanted to challenge myself to read and promote more nonfiction authors, and share them with the group. Hopefully I can also read some local authors' books!

I love to hear from you! Please contact me (menu bar, above) if you're having trouble commenting.
