My Review:
I read and truly enjoyed Witchmark, the first book in this series, back in 2018 but that was during my blogging/reviewing break. I read this one and couldn’t remember much at all about events from the earlier book so I was pretty lost. There weren’t many contextual clues to help me fill in the blanks either. I do still like this world and the intrigue so I’ll continue with the series. I’ll try not to wait three years before reading the next book though.

I’m currently reading Witchmark, and though I’m definitely enjoying it I can see where the details of the story and characters would fade over a year or more. Good thing I can move straight into books 2 and 3 when I’m done with the first one!
I recommend doing just that!
I really enjoyed all 3 of these books but it is hard when they are a year apart, much less more years apart.

Sometimes I can remember enough to be okay if there are enough clues in the sequels but I think since the main character shifted, I just couldn’t remember much.
